Non Woven Roll Goods

Producing over 40,000 yards of material per week, ACS Industries, Inc. is positioned to ship truckload and less than truckload quantities of non-woven roll goods from our manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico.  Available in needle punched and non-needle punched constructions, ACS’ non-woven material is available in thicknesses ranging from 1/8” to 2”.
General non-woven material specifications:
  • Minimum temperature of -45°F
  • Maximum continuous operating temperature of 380°F (415°F intermittent)
  • Thermo-setting resins and thermo plastic available
  • Laminated, dual-density products available
  • Single and dual-colors available
  • Die cutting up to 78”
